They launched SearchWiki on November 20th. It is still not available to all users how ever it is being phased in by google. Search Wiki is a way for you to customize search by re-ranking, changing, adding, deleting, and posting comments on search results. With just a single mouse click you can change the results you like to the top or add a new site. You can also write notes attached to a particular site and remove SERPS that you don't feel belong. These changes will be shown to you every time you do the same search. The service SearchWiki is available to signed-in Google users. They store your changes in your Google Account. If you are pondering if you are signed in, you can always check by noting if your username appears in the upper right-hand side of the page.

If you look at the header graphic or image, at the top of the page, you can see and arrow, and and X beside the words "The Search Wiki". These buttons are used when you want to promote that search result, or remove it.
